Never EVER get an account with Capitol One. They have the worst customer service ever and have treated me like total CRAP. Trust me. I'm not going to go into it because it makes me so angry. I can't tell you how many times I have given them my married name and address and phone number, how many people I've talked to, and they never have the right information, or are able to give me the information I am asking for. DONE.
